Biography
Todd Wallen is the founding Shareholder at Wallen Kelley. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. Following law school, Todd clerked for the Honorable David M. Gersten at the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida before joining a large product liability defense firm, where he represented pharmaceutical companies, tobacco companies, and chemical manufacturers in high-stakes personal injury and mass tort litigation.
Todd has over 25 years of experience representing individuals, public companies, and private companies nationwide in complex high-exposure lawsuits involving: construction defects, crane and construction equipment, product liability, pharmaceutical products, toxic torts, automotive and trucking accidents, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. He is a veteran trial lawyer, who has tried automobile accident cases, product liability cases, chemical exposure cases, carbon monoxide cases, and first-party homeowners insurance cases. He has also argued more than eighty appeals in state and federal courts; representative appellate matters include:
