Brian Kelley

Biography

Brian W. Kelley is an experienced trial lawyer and a partner with the firm. His practice focuses on first-party insurance defense, bad faith, construction defect, personal injury, and civil litigation. He has handled hundreds of civil lawsuits and has been awarded numerous successful jury verdicts.

Mr. Kelley has extensive experience in the property insurance sector and this has afforded him an extensive understanding of the legal and practical issues facing corporations in one of the fastest growing areas of the legal industry. During law school, Mr. Kelley worked for Odebrecht USA, one of the world's largest construction companies and assisted in the completion of the MIA Mover.

Mr. Kelley is also an active member of the community, serving on the board of directors for the University of Miami School of Law. He is the Past President of the University of Miami School of Law Young Alumni Association and currently maintains a role as the Dean's Cup Alumni Liaison. In addition, Mr. Kelley serves as a guest lecturer for the University of Miami's Professional Development Academy and as a host for the UShadow Program. He is also the Past President of the Indiana University Alumni Association – Miami Chapter.
